Through strategic guidance on workers’ compensation management, risk mitigation, and proactive health initiatives, the committee helps members protect both their businesses and their people. Above all, the committee is committed to prioritizing holistic workforce well-being by advancing mental health awareness, suicide prevention programs, and supportive jobsite cultures across Maine's construction industry.
