About the Summit

Mental health concerns have become increasingly prevalent among front line workers in construction and general industry. The high-stress environments, physical demands, travel away from family, and often challenging working conditions have contributed to a rise in suicide and opioid related deaths. To address these critical issues, we are proud to present the Building Wellbeing for ME summit, a one-day event dedicated to the well-being and mental health in the construction industry.

Who should attend?

While the primary focus is on front line supervisors, organizational leaders, and others in construction, transportation, and general industry, the summit is open to everyone who has an interest in promoting mental health and wellbeing within their organization.

Purpose and Goals:

The goal of Building Wellbeing for ME is to provide attendees with the knowledge and understanding needed to address mental health challenges effectively. Through a series of engaging sessions and discussions led by both peers and experts in the field, participants will gain valuable insights into recognizing and managing mental health issues.

1.    Understand the prevalence and impact of mental health issues in the workplace.

2.    Learn practical strategies to support mental wellbeing among colleagues and employees.

3.    Develop skills to foster open and supportive discussions about mental health.

4.    Create a culture of wellbeing and resilience within their organizations.
