Kelly Flagg

Kelly was born and raised in Wiscasset, Maine and while she greatly enjoys traveling and seeing what the world has to offer for adventures, she has always lived right here in Maine. She graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Health and Fitness, and a Minor in Business. She has been a leader and an entrepreneur from the very start and has taken every business or public speaking class she possibly could throughout her education and career. She has a depth of professional experiences that include general management and financial growth of several small businesses, including ownership of a small, family owned and operated landscape construction firm from 2003 through 2011. This led her to the construction industry in 2011 as the Safety and Human Resources Manager for CCB Construction where she became truly passionate about employee development and training. Over the last 10 years, she has continued to hone her skills as a public speaker, leadership development trainer and manager. She recently joined AGC Maine as the Executive Director and honored to be serving the AGC member companies and the Maine construction industry.

For Fun: Kelly can usually be found watching her son play whatever sport is in season. She, her family & dog spend most nights and weekends either at a football or baseball field somewhere in New England. When she is not on the sports sideline, she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and cooking! She is a master meal planner and loves to food prep.

Interesting Tidibt: Kelly loves drives down long dirt roads to nowhere, lakes that you can only find on foot, backpacking and back country camping. She has had many adventures, some lasting several days in the woods. The most heart pumping was just recently where she came nearly face to face with a moose while out for a short 2 mile day hike in Baxter State Park.
