Don Partridge served the industry as AGC Maine’s Workforce Development Coordinator for many years before retiring in 2024. Even after his retirement, Don remained a trusted friend and advisor to the AGC Maine team. During his tenure, he was key to the development of many programs AGC utilizes today, including our NCCCO certified crane program. He spent many of his days serving the industry he loved so much through training and education.
In memorial to his dedication to the development of the next generation of workforce with Maine’s transportation & construction industries, AGC Maine has created the “Don Partridge Fund”. All donations to the Don Partridge Fund will support the ongoing work of the Maine Construction Academy.
